Janesville (WI) Gazette website redesigned and has incomplete ads

Woke up this morning and decided to take a peek at my old hometown paper’s website, GazetteExtra.com and found that it was redesigned this week.  While it has easier to navigate menus, it looks ugly and amatuer.  Even a non-premium wordpress template looks better!  But, eh, what do you expect from a small-market daily…

The Grumpy Troll Brewpub

Went to The Grumpy Troll in Mount Horeb, Wisconsin this weekend to finally try all the great beer that I have been told was brewed there. It was worth the trip.

I recommend the Trailside Wheat.  I started my afternoon at The Grumpy Troll with this particular beer.

They had so many beers available.  They are all brewed on-site.  Quite an operation for a brewpub in a tiny Madison suburb.

We ended up deciding to share a sampler.  Yep.  We didn’t start off with the sampler… We ended with the sampler.  Perhaps it wasn’t the smartest idea.  It is a lot of beer.
